MoeGo Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Actually Costs
MoeGo costs $79 to $239 a month per salon location and $49 to $159 per van, plus extra texts and card fees. Here's what each plan includes and what you'd pay in a year.
MoeGo costs $79, $149 or $239 a month for a grooming salon and $49, $99 or $159 a month for a mobile van. Enterprise is custom-priced. Boarding plans aren't publicly priced at all. Extra texts and card processing sit on top of the plan price, and for a busy salon the card fees can be larger than the subscription.
We should say up front that we make ThePetsMonk, which competes with MoeGo. So every MoeGo figure below comes from MoeGo's own pricing page and help center, checked on November 4, 2026, rather than from review sites.

| Basic | $49 | 1 member | 200 per van | The same core tools as salon Basic |
| Growth | $99 per van | Unlimited | 900 per van | Multi-van scheduling, route optimization, waitlist, advanced CRM, marketing, custom price models |
| Ultimate | $159 per van | Unlimited | 900 per van, plus unlimited auto messages | Branded phone number, business insights, live video support |

The line that matters most for a solo van is route optimization. MoeGo's plan list places it in Growth, not Basic, so check what Basic includes with MoeGo if one-click routing is why you're buying. Its plan-comparison table is collapsed on the page, and we couldn't read the row-level limits.
What that comes to in a year
MoeGo's pricing page shows monthly prices only, so these are the monthly figure times twelve.
| Your business | Plan | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo van, no route optimization | Mobile Basic | $49 | $588 |
| Solo van with route optimization | Mobile Growth | $99 | $1,188 |
| Salon with 1 or 2 people | Salon Basic | $79 | $948 |
| Salon with 3 or more people | Salon Growth | $149 | $1,788 |
| Same salon, unlimited auto messages | Salon Ultimate | $239 | $2,868 |
| Three vans | Mobile Growth | $297 | $3,564 |
| Two salon locations | Salon Growth | $298 | $3,576 |
Pricing is per location or per van, not per groomer. That's good news once you've moved up, because hiring your fifth groomer costs nothing extra. The exception is the step itself: on salon Basic, your third team member moves you from $79 to $149, an extra $840 a year.
The costs outside the plan price
Texts
Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and it runs out faster than the number suggests.
- A credit isn't a message. MoeGo counts SMS segments. A standard text fits 160 characters in one segment. Add an emoji and one segment holds only 70, so a friendly reminder can cost two or three credits.
- Mass texts multiply. They use credits for each recipient and each segment.
- Included credits don't roll over. They reset each billing cycle. Credits you buy never expire, and Auto Reload buys the same package again when your balance falls below 10.
- Unlimited has limits. Ultimate's unlimited allowance covers eligible auto messages. Two-way conversations still use credits, and the allowance is 1,350 on both Growth and Ultimate.
A rough check: 150 grooms a month with one confirmation and one reminder each is 300 texts, assuming one segment apiece. That uses the entire salon Basic allowance before anyone has replied to a client.
We can't tell you what extra credits cost. The help center sends you to a Purchase SMS screen inside the account, and package prices weren't in anything we could read publicly. Ask for them before you sign up. App Store reviewers raise this more than almost anything else, as our MoeGo review covers.
Card processing
MoeGo Pay's published rates are:
- Card present (reader or tap to pay): 2.9% + 50¢
- Card not present (online invoice, card on file, typed-in card): 3.4% + 30¢
Here's what that means at a $75 groom:
| Per groom | 150 grooms a month ($11,250) | |
|---|---|---|
| Card present | $2.68 | $401 a month |
| Card not present | $2.85 | $428 a month |
That is more than any published MoeGo plan. It isn't a criticism of MoeGo in particular, since every processor charges something. But it does mean the subscription isn't the whole comparison, so put the processing rate next to the plan price when you compare software.
The 50¢ is worth a look if you do a lot of small tickets. On a $20 nail trim, 2.9% + 50¢ comes to $1.08, or 5.4%.
MoeGo also says outside card systems don't integrate. You can keep your own processor and record those payments in MoeGo, but you'd be doing that step by hand.
Hardware
MoeGo names two card readers, the WisePOS E and the M2, and sells them through a separate shop. Prices aren't on the pricing page, so add them to your quote if you take payments in person.
What MoeGo doesn't publish
These were not on the pricing pages we read:
- Any annual price or annual discount
- A free-trial length
- Contract length or cancellation terms (the page says only "Change your plan anytime")
- Text credit package prices
- Boarding pricing, where the plans are listed with a "Book a demo" button and no price
One thing it does state in your favor: if you're coming from other software, its FAQ says it will transfer your client and pet list for free.
Which plan makes sense
Basic suits a solo groomer or a two-person salon that mostly needs booking, reminders and payments. Keep an eye on text use.
Growth is the plan you're pushed toward by staff, not by features. A third team member forces it on salon plans, and commission and payroll live here too. On mobile, so does route optimization.
Ultimate costs $90 a month more than Growth at a salon, or $1,080 a year. The main reason to pay it is unlimited auto messages. If your auto messages burn through your allowance every month, get the credit package prices and work out whether that $90 beats buying credits. If you don't need a branded number or custom code in your booking page, it's otherwise hard to justify at one location.
Enterprise is for franchises.
Is MoeGo worth the money?
It can be. MoeGo earns its price if you run a mobile fleet that depends on route optimization, operate several locations, or want a deep marketing suite. Those are areas where it's stronger than we are, and we say so on our MoeGo comparison page.
It's harder to justify if you're a single-location salon that wants booking, records, reminders and payments, and would be moving to $149 only because you hired a third person. Our own plan is $41 a month billed annually with unlimited staff, 250 texts a month and the first 100 groomings free, so we'd obviously rather you looked at that too. If you're starting from scratch, our guide to what a new salon actually needs from software is a good place to work out which features you'd use. You can also compare other options.
Frequently asked questions
How much does MoeGo cost per month?

For mobile groomers it costs $49 on Basic, $99 per van on Growth and $159 per van on Ultimate. Enterprise pricing is custom. These were the prices on MoeGo's pricing page on November 4, 2026.
Does MoeGo charge per groomer?
No. MoeGo charges per location or per van. Salon Basic allows up to 2 team members and mobile Basic allows 1. Growth and above include unlimited team members.
Does MoeGo have a free plan or free trial?
MoeGo's pricing pages don't show a free plan or state a free-trial length. Salon Basic at $79 and mobile Basic at $49 are the lowest published prices.
Does MoeGo offer an annual discount?
MoeGo's pricing page shows monthly prices only and doesn't state an annual price or discount. Ask its sales team if paying annually matters to you.
How much do extra texts cost on MoeGo?
MoeGo doesn't list credit package prices on its pricing page or in the help article on credit counting. You buy them inside the account under Message Report, then Purchase SMS. Purchased credits never expire, while the credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle.
What are MoeGo Pay's processing fees?
MoeGo's help center lists 2.9% plus 50 cents for card-present payments and 3.4% plus 30 cents for card-not-present payments, such as online invoices and cards on file. On a $75 groom that's $2.68 or $2.85.
Is MoeGo worth it for a solo groomer?
Often not at first, unless you're a mobile groomer who wants MoeGo's routing. A solo salon groomer pays $948 a year on Basic for tools several cheaper products also offer. A solo van pays $588 on Basic, or $1,188 on Growth, where MoeGo lists route optimization. It becomes easier to justify if you need those deeper mobile or multi-location tools.
