Creating a service package allows you to bundle multiple services together for your customers, offering them a convenient and cost-effective way to purchase several sessions at once. This process involves specifying package details, selecting services, defining session counts, and reviewing the package before finalizing it. Bundling services into packages can help increase customer retention and streamline sales.

To create a service package

Navigate to Settings in your application. The Settings menu opens, displaying various configuration options.
Select Offerings and then choose Packages. The Packages section appears, showing existing packages and options to add new ones.
Click Add Package. The package creation form opens.
Enter the package details: a. Provide a name for your package. b. Add a brief description. c. Set the package price. d. Define the validity period (e.g., one year). The package details are saved and displayed for review. Note: The validity period determines how long customers can use the package.
Click Next to view all available services. The list of services appears for selection.
Add the services you want to include in your package (e.g., basic bath, nail clipping, and others). The selected services are added to the package. Note: You can include multiple services to create a comprehensive package.
Choose how many sessions each service will have within the package. The session counts are set for each service. Note: For example, you might allow four sessions of basic bath and brushing, three sessions of nail clipping, and five sessions of bath and blow dry, making a total of twelve sessions in the package.
Click Next to review your package. A summary of your selections appears, including the price per session and the overall validity period.
Click Create Package to complete the process. Your new service package is now ready to offer to customers. Important: Review all details carefully before finalizing, as changes may not be possible after creation.
