Last updated July 7, 2026

Creating a coupon or discount code allows you to offer special promotions to your customers, encouraging increased bookings and rewarding loyalty. This procedure guides you through each step to set up a new coupon, including configuring discount type, value, usage limits, and expiry. Coupons can be managed and disabled at any time after creation.

To create a coupon or discount code

  1. Navigate to Settings in your dashboard. The Settings menu appears.
  2. Select Growth and click Coupons. The Coupons management screen opens.
  3. Click Create Coupon Code. The coupon creation form is displayed.
  4. Enter your desired coupon code in the Coupon Code field. The code is recorded for customer use.
  5. Add a description in the Description field for your own reference. The description helps you identify the coupon later.
  6. Select the Discount Type. You can choose between Percentage or Fixed Amount. a. If you select Percentage, enter the discount value (e.g., 10%). The coupon will apply a percentage discount to qualifying purchases. b. If you select Fixed Amount, enter the discount value (e.g., $10). The coupon will apply a fixed dollar discount to qualifying purchases.
  7. Set the Minimum Booking Amount (e.g., 100). Customers must spend at least this amount to qualify for the discount. Note: Purchases below this amount will not receive the discount.
  8. (Optional) Enter a Maximum Discount Cap. This limits the discount for larger purchases (e.g., cap at $1,000). Note: If set, the discount will not apply to purchases above this amount.
  9. Set the Expiry Date for the coupon (e.g., valid until the 30th). The coupon will only be usable until this date.
  10. Specify the Total Usage Limit (e.g., 20). This controls how many customers can redeem the coupon. Note: Once the limit is reached, the coupon will no longer be valid.
  11. Set the Per-Customer Limit (e.g., 1). This determines how many times each customer can use the coupon. Note: In this example, each customer can use the code just once.
  12. Click Create Coupon Code to finalize. Your new coupon code is generated and added to the list.
  13. Review the coupon's status. The status is set to Active by default.
  14. (Optional) Disable the coupon code from this screen if needed. The coupon will no longer be available for use. Note: You can re-enable the coupon at any time.
