Book an Appointment Using the Customer Portal

Booking an appointment through the customer portal allows customers to easily schedule services for their pets online. This process ensures that all necessary information is collected and provides immediate confirmation, making the experience convenient and efficient. Customers must have completed their account setup before accessing the portal. After booking, customers receive appointment details via email and text message.

To book an appointment using the customer portal

  1. Locate the customer portal link at the top right corner of your account screen. The portal link is visible once your account setup is complete. Note: If you do not see the portal link, ensure your account setup is finished.
  2. Click the customer portal link. You are redirected to the customer portal homepage.
  3. Enter your phone number in the provided field. The system verifies your phone number for appointment booking.
  4. Click Book Now. The appointment booking form appears.
  5. Provide your pet's details: a. Select your pet's gender. b. Enter your pet's date of birth. c. Choose your pet's coat type. The pet information is recorded for the appointment.
  6. Click Add Pet to continue. The pet is added to your appointment profile.
  7. Select the desired service (e.g., full grooming package). The service selection updates the available appointment options. Note: Service options may vary based on your pet's details.
  8. Choose your preferred date and time for the appointment. The calendar and time slots are displayed for selection.
  9. (Optional) Select a specific groomer or any available staff member, if this option is enabled. Your staff preference is recorded for the appointment. Note: If staff selection is not enabled, the system will assign an available staff member automatically.
  10. Fill in your personal details as requested. Your contact information is added to the appointment record.
  11. Agree to the terms and conditions. The system enables the booking confirmation option. Important: You must agree to the terms and conditions to proceed with the booking.
  12. Confirm the booking. A booking confirmation message appears on the screen.
  13. Receive appointment details via email and text message. You have successfully booked your appointment. Note: Check your inbox and phone for the confirmation message and appointment details.
