Add a New Staff Member

Adding a new staff member ensures your team is up to date and allows you to assign services and schedules tailored to each individual. This process involves entering personal details, selecting services, and configuring their work schedule. Accurate staff setup helps streamline operations and ensures proper assignment of tasks.

To add a new staff member

  1. Go to Settings in your application. The Settings menu opens.
  2. Select Team, then click Staff. The Staff management screen appears.
  3. Click New Staff. The new staff entry form opens.
  4. Enter the staff member’s details: a. First name b. Last name c. Email address d. Password e. Phone number The fields populate with the entered information.
  5. Click Next. The service selection screen appears.
  6. Customize the services this staff member can perform by enabling or disabling specific options. The staff member’s service permissions are set according to your selections. Note: Only enable services the staff member is qualified to perform.
  7. Click Next. The schedule setup screen appears.
  8. Set up the staff member’s schedule: a. Select available days. b. Customize available times for each day. c. Disable days when the staff member is not available (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays). The schedule reflects the staff member’s availability. Note: Adjust times to match the staff member’s actual working hours.
  9. Click Create Staff. The new staff member is added successfully. Important: Review all details before creating the staff member to avoid errors.
