Add a New Service

Adding a new service allows you to expand your offerings and customize pricing, duration, and staff assignments. This process ensures each service is accurately configured for your business needs. Properly setting up services helps clients see correct options and pricing when booking.

To add a new service

  1. Navigate to Settings in your application. The Settings menu opens, displaying various configuration options.
  2. Select Services You Offer from the Settings menu. The list of current services appears.
  3. Click Create New Service. The new service creation form opens.
  4. Enter the service name in the designated field. The service name is recorded for identification.
  5. Set the base price for the service. The price is saved as the default amount for this service.
  6. Specify the duration of the service. The duration is applied to scheduling and booking.
  7. Choose the appropriate category for the service. The service is grouped under the selected category.
  8. Click Next to proceed. The price variation screen appears.
  9. (Optional) Add price variations based on breed level. a. Select the desired breed. b. Adjust its price as needed. c. Click Add to save the variation. The breed-specific price is added to the service. Note: Repeat this step for each additional breed you want to include.
  10. Click Next to continue. The staff selection screen appears.
  11. Choose the staff members who can provide this service. The selected staff are assigned to the service.
  12. Click Create Service to complete the setup. The new service is added to your offerings and available for booking. Important: Review all details before finalizing to ensure accuracy.
