The reports section provides a comprehensive overview of your account’s performance and activity. By accessing this area, you can analyze bookings, customer revenue, staff utilization, financial transactions, growth channels, attendance, and more. Reviewing these reports helps you make informed decisions, monitor business health, and identify areas for improvement. Regularly checking these reports ensures you stay updated on key metrics and trends.
To access and review reports
- Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu. The Reports dashboard opens, displaying all available report types organized for easy access. Note: Report categories include Operations, Customer, Financial, Growth, and Staff Reports.
- Select Operations Report. The Operations Report displays all bookings made on your account. Note: You can use filters such as month, week, or active status to narrow down your results. Staff utilization details for appointments and all customer-submitted reviews are also available in this section.
- Apply filters to the Operations Report. The report updates to show bookings based on the selected criteria (month, week, or active status). Note: Filtering helps you focus on specific time periods or booking statuses.
- Review staff utilization and customer reviews in the Operations Report. Staff utilization details and customer-submitted reviews are displayed alongside booking data.
- Select Customer Reports. The Customer Reports section shows the total revenue generated by customers at your center. Note: You can view customer segments, including active and new customers, for detailed analysis.
- Analyze customer segments in Customer Reports. Data for active and new customers is presented, allowing you to compare and analyze customer activity.
- Select Financial Reports. The Financial Reports section displays all transaction records, including daily, weekly, monthly, and custom reports. Note: You can review payment methods, payment statuses, and track outgoing payments that are pending.
- Review payment details in Financial Reports. Payment methods and statuses are shown, along with any pending outgoing payments.
- Select Growth Report. The Growth Report section identifies which channels (such as contact forms or manual bookings) are bringing in the most appointments. Note: Complete tracking for customer referrals is also available in this section.
- Review referral tracking in Growth Report. Referral data is displayed, showing how customers are referred and which channels are most effective.
- Select Staff Reports. The Staff Reports section displays all tips earned by staff, detailed attendance records, and payroll information. Note: Payroll details can be viewed for daily or custom payment periods.
- Review tips, attendance, and payroll in Staff Reports. Staff earnings, attendance, and payroll data are presented for your review.
- (Optional) Explore additional report attributes and referral data. Additional report details, such as attributes and referral information, may be available for further analysis.
